NP s 2 novými výtahy(rekontrukce 2019), dům také prošel kompletní rekonstrukcí tzn.(zateplení,fasáda, plastové okna, dveře, kamerový systém v domě).Byt prošel kompletní rekonstrukcí, která skončila 12/2022. Kompletní nová elektroinstalace, nové jističe (včetně revize),voda a odpady kompletně nové v plastu.Byt nabízí velkou místnost kuchyň s obývacím pokojem, druhá místnost ložnice a třetí místnost spíše jako šatna,předsín, koupelnu a WC.Byt ještě nebyl obydlen po rekonstrukci, takže vše nové.K jednotce náleží sklepní kóje o výměře cca 2m2.
