Aimbridge Hospitality - accommodation in Destin

Firstly, your staff Gabriella and Gift went above and beyond customer service. Friendly, fun and relatable. Very greatful for the freshly made daily breakfast. Daily Mexican breakfast could use a change instead of 7 days a week...it was too much of the same thing. Grill, fire pit, and use of clean pool was perfect. Rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen need was perfect. Downside, walls are thin when you hear loud conversations in other rooms day and night. TV channels need to be fixed. There were 6 or more channels not lining up with TV guide. No lighting after 11 pm on one side of the parking light. Most guests are on that side and when you still have a traffic of people and cant see around you. It felt unsafe walking when you cant see surroundings. Greatful for available housekeeping but they regularly would miss checking toilet paper, wash rag, cleaning the shower and kitchen, and even vacuuming. I was confusedby that lack of servce it it was available. However, I would still make note of coming back to this hotel.

Awesome staff

Everyone was nice from when you arrive. Beach very close. Love how quiet and safe the area is. I will definitely go back and even stay at the Henderson Park which is right across the street
