Don't Trust The Host
All was fine until we were arriving. We were informed that we had to obtain a parking pass from a different site before getting to the condo. Our friends rented a separate condo at the same location and their host had the parking passes waiting for them at the condo. The stay was fine. After we left, the host charged us for a late departure and a cleaning fee. What? We left 2 hours before check out time. Cleaning fee? My wife is a rule-follower and type A personality. That place was CLEAN! The host claimed there was more sand than they had ever seen. No way! We did have a guest accidently leave with a band and I offered to pay for that after the other charges were removed. No agreement was reached. Property is just fine, but I would avoid it because the host experience is HORRIBLE!

Celebrating turning 30!!
We had 6 in our group of friends. There was plenty of room for everyone. We loved that every bedroom had it's own bathroom! We didn't use anything in the kitchen really (outside of making sandwiches and snackleboxes we ate out) but it looked well stock. Only complaint is we are spoiled and like k cups and the coffee maker was like an old school pot kind. The balcony was huge!!! Big bonus there! There is a washer and dryer in the unit, which we like to know when we have the kids. Another minor complaint, I would have liked a few more towels. The 6 of us had 1 towel each for the 3 nights we were there. We could have done laundry, but I mean who wants to on vacation? My only REAL complaint is I felt the VRBO listing was misleading. The picture looks like you are right on the beach. That is not the case. It's a short walk across a parking lot and street but the listing had a picture of just the beach with chairs and so I thought we were directly on the beach. So that kind of shocked us to begin with, but the walk really wasn't that bad. Getting the parking passes was kind of a minor inconvenience just because it is off site in another building across the street but I don't think the owner can really do anything about that. Overall we really enjoyed the condo. It was comfortable and very spacious for our crew. Would recommend and stay here again!

Perfect beach condo
This was an amazing condo in Destin with views of the beach. Convenient to walk across the street and spend the day relaxing by the ocean breeze. Convenient location within walking distance of restaurants. I would stay here again!

Once we worked through a few “bumps in the road” things went smoothly! Christy was very helpful & quick to respond to our needs! Took us awhile to find the check-in building, so would have been nice it was in bank bldg. It would have been nice to know that you only provide initial paper products, as we learned that after we’d been to grocery store! All in all, we really enjoyed our first trip to Destin, thanks to you!!

Quiet, clean and convenient location. Christy was extremely responsive and the condo was cozy and comfortable. We stayed during spring break and it was not too crowded or rowdy. Short walk to beach and little beach shops. The 2 Birds Coffee and Cafe located behind the complex is wonderful! Great food and coffee!
