Stylishly decorated with variegated wood-style floors and soft coastal hued walls, this home perfectly captures the ambiance of the Emerald Coast. This townhouse rental’s first floor has two large queen bedrooms and a full bathroom. There’s added space with twin hall bunks…perfect for younger children. The first floor is rounded out with a wet bar and a refrigerator. The first floor living space is ideal for anyone who wants a little privacy on their beach getaway.

The second floor has an additional bedroom, which could be considered the master suite. The master has a king bed, upgraded with a Tempur-Pedic mattress. The bathroom has been recently renovated with a new walk-in shower and double vanity.

Overall good, but not clean
Overall the property is exactly as described, however the floors are just not clean. I have a 1 year who crawled from1 room to another and her knees and hands were completely black. It looks like it never gets a good mopping only a swiffer or something light. If it would've been mopped this unit would've gotten a 5. Close to beach and nice arrangements

This house was in such a convenient location and you don’t have to cross any major roads to get to the beach! Basically the beach is at your door step. Plenty of room for family and friends. They also included some little essential things that were nice to have! Definitely will stay here again!

Great location on Crystal Beach
The house was as advertised and a short walk to the beach. There were plenty of toys provided for our 3 year old to play with on the beach and it was nice having the chair and umbrella set up for us at the beach every day. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and tools provided for cooking. As other reviewers have mentioned, the floors were very gritty when we first came in and our bare feet looked dirty after walking around the house. That aside, it was a great experience overall.

Incredibly Comfort and Convenient
Our family had an incredible stay. Property is steps away from beautiful beach. The property is fully furnished. We are a family that really likes to prepare our meals and this property had everything we needed no matter what our preparation needs were. Very nice and clean. We did face a major appliance issue and was a little stressful at first, but both My Vacation Haven and the owners acted impressively quickly to resolve - Thank you! We look forward to our return in the future.

Great Beach Location
We spent a week with my husband and three kids (teens). We had a great time! Destin is a great place. House is located in a great location. You literally walk a few steps to the beach. It was 5 of us, we were very confortable. Nice decor, only thing I’ll say to the owners the cleaning. It looks very clean at 1st glance, but I found lots of dirt under beds. That place spotless is perfect! My other recommendation if you come make sure you bring basic kitchen needs (oil, salt&pepper, sugar). Other than that I highly recommend it. We will be back ! Thanks

Nice place, recently updated. Too bad it is next to a public access, so it was noisy at times and then each was very crowded. Also even though we got 2 chairs and an umbrella included in our stay, we had to check in and we weren’t guaranteed anything in the front row. Our names were not holding chairs

Great place for family on the beach!
We loved this home. The location was perfect for our family. Being so close to the beach made it so easy for us to go back and forth with our kids. The outdoor space was wonderful since that is where we spent our evenings socializing. We will definitely be looking at this place for our annual trip next year!
