WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THE HOUSE: Exquisite hardwood floors, chic décor and a lush private pool with cascading spillover! Custom home built with attention to detail in mind. Enjoy sitting poolside in the furnished patio area while grilling dinner with your family on the private gas grill. The pool and backyard are tucked away amongst the tall palms and lush landscaping, perfect for maximum privacy. Well lit entryway, calming mix of bright and bold accents in a sprawling open floor plan. Fully equipped kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances, basin sink, and large island! Enjoy a family movie night on the high wall-mounted flat screen TV while basking in the tranquil glow from the pool just out the large windows in the den. The oversized dining room table has seating for 8 guests and an additional 3 barstools set into the island.

Sleeping arrangements located on the first floor of the home are spacious and inviting. The Master King Suite with oversized private bathroom features a large soaking tub, dual vanities and large walk in shower. The hallway between the bedroom and bathroom features a massive walk in closet with custom built shelving and racks for maximum storage space. There is a half bathroom in the living area completing this level. Upstairs, two additional King Suites (with shared Jack & Jill bath), a custom bunk room and the media area. The media area has a Pacman game table, tv and elegant swiveling chairs, perfect hangout spot for the kids!

WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THE AMENITIES:

Seasonal Beach Chair Service - Our complimentary seasonal beach service is offered from March 1st- Oct 31st. This includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up at the Crab Trap by LDV.

VayKGear (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

Golf Cart- This home features a brand new private golf cart to the home. You are able to rent the golf cart for $100 per day.

Pool Heat- We offer pool from October 1st - May 1st. The private pool can be headed for an additional $75 per day/$525 per week (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire length of stay)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

This home only rents Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.

No College/Student groups allowed. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.*

PARKING: Space for 2 Vehicles in the driveway, 1 additional vehicle in the garage. No RV's, Boats, Trailers, Campers permitted. No Street/Grass Parking per HOA.
