Adventure Sport Hotels in Burundi

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout my visit. There were no taxis available, making transportation a hassle. To make matters worse, the food prices were in dollars, clearly aimed at overcharging guests compared to local rates. The hotel seemed severely understaffed, with only one person responsible for cleaning, which led to delayed and inconsistent housekeeping. There was no water in the fridge, and the TV never worked during my entire stay. Overall, this hotel did not meet even the most basic standards, and I would not recommend it.

The staff took a while to come and outside didn’t look the best but inside was gorgeous and modern, which is a rarity in Bujumbura. So many good hotels in Bujumbura have aged and haven’t been renovated so this is a great, relatively affordable high quality option.
