Wonderful pleasant central stay

Loved staying at The Duke of Normandie! All staff friendly & efficient. Hotel very central. Slightly uphill from the main shopping street, the staff happy to tell you the short cuts! Amazing breakfast choice - on the full breakfast. And ate 2 delicious evening meals.
Cosy single room was quiet & large enough - 3/4 bed, not a tiny single. Bathroom a bit small but suited me fine.
Thank you to the bar man & reception team particularly Imelda, who looked after me (apologies if name not 100% correct!)
Guernsey out of season. Had a lovely relaxing time visiting my son. The people friendly everywhere.
