From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. Romel, who picked us up from the airport, was punctual, professional, and great to chat with. Tomika, our server, made us feel like family with her warm personality, engaging small talk, and great local recommendations. Her friendliness added a special touch to our stay. Kevin was also fantastic—easygoing, attentive, and kind when taking our orders. The rooms were clean, the staff was welcoming, and overall, we had another amazing stay. This was our second visit, and Grand Coastal continues to impress. Looking forward to coming back again!

I stayed for three nights on a business trip and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly, the food was delicious, and the rooms were clean and spacious. I really enjoyed my first visit to Guyana and would definitely stay here again.
