My family and I stayed at this place during a recent trip to visit family, and it was hands down the worst experience we’ve ever had. We chose this location based on our budget, but I wish we hadn’t. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely unsafe. It was clear that illegal activity, including drug use, was happening on the premises, and staff did absolutely nothing to address it. We had to switch rooms three times because the conditions were so bad—one room had a non-working toilet, another had serious leaks in the bathroom. To make things worse, we heard fighting in neighboring rooms, and once again, the staff ignored the situation. The staff was rude and unhelpful throughout our stay, and it was clear that they didn’t care about the comfort or safety of their guests. We were so fed up that we demanded a refund. This place is a nightmare, and I would never recommend it to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere safe and clean.

The room was excellent, with a mini-kitchen. I was there on a weekend, so the breakfast was lacking (e.g., no eggs or hot cereal). Improving the breakfast would be the best upgrade for this hotel.

The price was low but we would not recommend this hotel because it smelled when we walked in. We should have moved on to another hotel but they gave us a different room so we thought we’d give it a try. The cleaning odor was so strong that we had to open the windows and still we couldn’t sleep because of the smell.

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve been in. Non smoking, yes, but could get a contract buzz pretty much as soon as you walked into the reception area or off the elevator. There were boogers on the room wall and the refrigerator handle. We booked a queen bed with pull out couch for our son but they were out of extra pillows and blankets when I called. The tv stand was broken enough that the screen was angled down some. There was a 3” hole in the arm of the couch. I will never stay in a Baymont again. Simply gross.

The staff wasn't professional and not very helpful. Dishes weren't cleaned properly and tbey were given to me in a plastic clear trash bag. There was an issue with my debit cars beinf used for someone elses deposit. I frequent here and this time wasn't the best.

This particular location had a really pretty lobby, a spacious room (I believe it was one of the extended stay rooms), a comfortable bed, and the staff was awesome. The only thing I would try to enhance or improve is the continental breakfast. They only had cereal, mini muffins, and bread for toast. Coffee was good. :)
