While the Clerk was friendly and helpful, the conditions of the hotel can only be labeled as deplorable. I booked this hotel to stay at while my Fiancé and I celebrated his birthday at the Michigan game. After checking other hotels in the area I settled on this one and selected the suite option with a Jacuzzi which was supposed to be a nice surprise. Upon arrival at the hotel everything seemed fine, the clerk was friendly and helpful and I had high expectations for our room. Once we opened the door everything looked fine, we sat our luggage down and began to actually look around we noticed that things were less than satisfactory. After a long drive to the hotel I needed to use the restroom only to be met with urine already in the toilet, mysterious brown stains behind the restroom door and brown markings on the towel that lined the edge of the tub. After promptly exiting the restroom I noticed that the wall along the sink was covered in pink toothpaste residue, there were stains and white marks on various mirrors, hair on the towels next to the sink, hair and what appeared to be dirt inside of the Jacuzzi and the jets and dirty drawers in the dressers. I decided to photograph these things and asked the clerk for different accommodations, he was very pleasant and helped us look at a new room. Unfortunately, the second room we looked at was also unclean. I have further complaints but have run out of characters, which ironically describes my experience.

And when we was checking out waiting for the show to take us to the airport, there was a young lady sitting at the breakfast area that was a prostitute that was trying to get my husband to solicite . I don’t know if she works at the hotel or she had a room, but it was very inappropriate and I was very upset

Terrible. We were promised daily room service got every third. Eggs for breakfast, no eggs, We asked for help for a small problem and got new help. The valve in the shower did not work properly. The TV did not have any provision to select a channel.

Just go somewhere else, it's gross
Just choose another place. It's terrible here. First, the parking situation was questionable with half the lot blocked off by a shuttle van in the back. We arrived late in the evening, tired from a daytime event, only to be told the pool was closed and had been for month prior. This hotel went out of their way to send a welcome message via email a few days prior and never once said the pool was out of order. We had been planning on swimming since booking and only chose this hotel over others bc it had a pool. We're not from around here clearly. We were too tired to argue and find another place. The entire second floor smelled like smoke. Not just the hallways but inside our room all night. Sheets were stained. There were sticky substances on all surfaces. I had to clean night and desk before putting anything down. Bathroom smelled of urine; bathrub had scum ring and has clearly not been deep cleaned in a very long time. there's no way it has been cleaned for months. My 10 year old was scared to take her shoes off or get under the covers. There was even a fight at midnight in the hallway to cap it off. The whole experience was nasty, scary and infuriating at the same time. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at and I've stayed in plenty of hotels AND I rarely complain about small stuff but this was crazy. I asked for a refund but they denied it. I'm sure there will be a comment denying the conditions but this place should be closed.

This property was dirty and unsafe. We stayed in three different rooms before leaving early. Stains in sheets and in carpeting in all rooms. Two rooms smelled like urine. No housekeeping. Locks on doors were broken. I will never stay at another Wyndham.

Room we were given on early check in was disgusting. Food remains and garbage all over the floor, no garbage can, lights not working etc...The staff did move us into another room which was clean. However no working TV in this room, lights not working etc...The pool appeared to be murky and looked like something out of a horror show. Pleasant staff but would never stay there again. Complete avoid. We had a second night booked there on the way home from driving and just booked another place as we had no interest in going through it a second time.

I have pics as well to share on Google. I’m going to start by saying the workers was very nice but the problem started when I got there. The pool was out of order and looked dirty. On the bottom of the bed going to the floor look like mold or mildew. The chair was dirty. I don’t know what was in it. The refrigerator was dirty. That’s the only pic I didn’t get and the room smelled like pee when I first arrived. Now my daughter is sick with flu-like symptoms. Like I said I do have pics to share.
