Really like the convenience as related to the airport, the 24 hr airport shuttle availability. The convenience of walk ability, sidewalks and gas station nearby. The King bed was huge, comfortable and the room was clean!

The best benefit is nearness to DTW
Good airport location Recent updates to room decor,however, the curtain was missing hooks and hanging on the ends. The phone was disconnected and when the maid hooked it up, the volume was so low, we could hardly hear the dial tone. So I could not easily reach the front desk. The front desk person in the morning was rude. Yes they were short handed but she did not have to respond short and unpleasantly. Nice, helpful Black cleaning lady.

Value for money..Sarah, and Kathleen at front desk,gave exceptional service.Sarah assisted with getting Urber rides for Us..much appreciated. Kathleen advised Us where there were restaurants in walking distance..came back from being out for the day,and found the caring Staff were taking the welfare of a 🐕 dog, to the uppermost level of caring for Animals..not sure what was going on,but,it appeared to My eyes,that the staff were helping as best they could.

I only needed a spot to sleep for the night, so this worked, but I would not return if I had a choice. Overall smelled like smoke and the pillows were terrible, so I hardly slept. The staff was super nice, though, and transportation to and from the airport was a breeze.

Got in and out room door won't lock. New room had a toilet that constantly ran. We were out of the room all day long, came back to find out our cards deactivated. When getting then reactivated, front desk person didn't even check my ID. Bathroom walls had obvious cheap shortcuts to fixes.
