We rented at this property while we were in town visiting family for the holidays. We typically stay with family bur this time I gifted a hotel reservation to my kids so tjey could have dun while we were aeay amd swim and enjoy breakfest for the weekend. When we booked I did see that the proprty was under construction. What was not noted was that the pool and hot rub were also fown at the time during construction. We didt find this out until we called to see if early check in was available. We ended up cancellimg the second night and drove hime late at night after visitng with family. I would really like a partial refund for my stay as this was a big inconvenience and ruined our get away overthe holidays. I dont travel often because I am a single mom as it can be costly. The one time i decide to do something nice for my children,it was a huge let down,unfortunately.

Overall the staff was very nice and helpful as far as the room it was clean could use a bigger refrigerator and not have the microwave so low to the ground that my daughter had to heat up my food and the beds are too firm for my liking especially with a bad back it was a family trip and my sister and niece ended up leaving due to the bed triggering her sciatica nerve also maintenance decided to treat the hott tub during the last hours of our stay

Although they are currently renovating the property is clean and the breakfast is slamming and free!! The pool was clean and decent. The price was really good and convenient to Farmington Hills. Would definitely stay again.

I really like the hotel. Front desk staff was very nice and attentive, rooms were clean and housekeeping was nice as well. I also, liked how Housekeeping cleaned throughout the day at this hotel, that’s a plus for me. The only con, I would say I had was parking was limited and there was construction around the area other than that everything was awesome.

My five-night stay at this hotel was miserable. There are so many negatives about this hotel. They seem to not know at all how to run a hotel business and a front desk person admitted as much to me. The worst is that even though I asked for it each day, my room was never cleaned by housekeeping and the bed sheets and blankets were dirty. This hotel is an embarrassment to the Marriott name. Stay far away from it.
