This was a fantastic hotel. We had an accessible room and the space was perfect for the person in our party who needed accessible features. My only problem was with the bed. It had a soft, squishy pillow top on the soft bed. If you prefer a super soft bed, this might be your perfect hotel. Everything else about this hotel was amazing. Very clean, nice and new facilities. Amazing staff members. It was such a nice stay!

Customer service issues.
The experience was 3-4 until we left! I discovered that I left my pillow in our room and when I called, the desk clerk could/woul not even acknowledge that we stayed there on those dates! I was not given a receipt..I should have insisted, so I had only the acknowledgement of the order from Hotels.com. Needless to say, I still don't have my pillow; the desk clerk said he would have housekeeping call me. Why did I think that was going to happen?! I dont know if booking through Hotels.com has anything to do with this situation. It would sure be nice to at least get my pillow back--it was exensive!
