***This home may require a minimum 30 night stay. Please inquire prior to booking.This 4 bedroom/1.5 bathroom home was completely renovated in 2023 and is clean and spacious.

The home features 2 big living areas. The main level provides an open layout kitchen, dining, entertaining area with a pool/ping pong table with patio access. The upper level offers 3 bedrooms and the full bathroom and the lower level features a large living area with a comfy fireplace and large smart TV and the 4th bedroom. A hot tub and sauna are coming soon! (Confirm availability). The bedrooms all have nice comfortable memory foam mattresses and new bedding.. The full bathroom features a shower panel with massaging jets. The fenced in backyard is large and has a firepit and comfortable seating. Home also has a grill, keurig, cozy atmosphere and plenty of parking.

All bedrooms have brand new highly rated memory foam mattresses that are new in 2023, new bedding, mattress protectors, and will soon be equipped with Roku smart tvs.

This home is located in an affluent area in one of the safest areas of Southeast Michigan just is directly across the street from a Catholic High School. The property offers a very large front yard as well as a large fenced in backyard that features a patio area and nice firepit.

This home is in a very central location with easy and quick access to all of the areas top attractions, amenities, and more. Less than 15 miles to either Great Lakes Crossing or 12 Oaks shopping malls. Minutes to Detroit, Birmingham, Royal Oak, Ferndale, or Novi. Farmington Hills is also home to the Holocaust Memorial Center which is a world renowned museum.

This owner has this property long term rented. He booked my stay over 2 months prior and confirmed days before supplying check in info. We drove over 12 hr to stay close to family on to have him try his bate and switch. Do not stay any Ny of his listing.

Big inconvenience. Rental was not ready and our group had to scramble TL to call the host and find a alternative. While the host did get back with us quickly and found an option it was not what we needed as a replacement and we had to make due.
