We stay in random hotels monthly due to our jobs and responsibilities. This was the worse hotel I have stayed at in many years. We were in a suite and it was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. The floor around the spa tub was completely rotted. They used a rug to cover the disrepair and it had not been vacuumed in a very long time. Dust everywhere. I took pictures and they are astounding. The only thing clean was the sheets, covers and towels. The couches were so dirty, I had to ask the front desk for extra blankets to cover them before sitting. Hot water took 12 mins so arrive also. The tv had a picture you could barely see because it was so grainy though the size of the tv was great. The commode had not been cleaned. The size of the room was huge and if it was clean and in decent condition it would have been a nice room. The shower was new and acceptable but there was mold all above it on the ceiling. The repairs needed, the deep cleaning it needed and the smell improvements were extreme. The lobby and the halls and steps were also disgusting. The carpet were frayed and coming up. Everything even though it was worn also hadn't been cleaned or maintained in any way. I've been to dated worn hotel, that still provided cleanliness, this is not one! The lobby bathroom was inside the hotel laundry area and the disrepairs there and dirtiness were also Questionable. Apparently not even the staff had a decent place to do their business. It needs lots of help.
