I enjoyed the hotel but it was extremely frustrating that our hotel included breakfast but we couldn’t get it because our flight left earlier than breakfast. I paid for something I did not or could not receive. Ridiculous!

The lobby & hallways smelled like sewage, our room had no bathroom light & the sink was stopped up. There was no maintenance on the property the first night.In the morning we had to move to another room & call maintenance to unclog the tub. The whole visit was unacceptable

We were not given room we booked online upon check in. The first room was not clean, the a/c did not work, the toilet ran, and there were spiders in the window. Got the room we did book online, it was old, worn, not very clean. The cafe had excellent food and the bartender/waitress was wonderful. The cafe is also a bar and a teen hangout. Pool was filled with screaming children. Staff was unfriendly. The property has so much untapped potential.

Part of the building had been demolished or collapsed so at first sight it did not look inviting. The hotel seems old and the rooms outdated. My door was really hard to open. There were no towels at the pool, the gym was closed and the elevator didn’t work. The curtains did not cover all the light that was coming from the hall. Fortunately it was not busy so quiet and the beds were comfortable. I would say for the price you can get something better around Detroit airport.

The bed was terrible. Toilet was broken each time it was flushed. Water bottles left behind upon arrival. AND the pool had severe algae and possible mold build up on the stairs and dolphin emblems.

The staff were great. But my television did not work and I didnt have toliet paper in room. Neither was fixed even after making a request. Failtiy was old and run down.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Desk staff was rude. Room still had dirty towels. Room has old gross carpet and mold in bathroom. No shampoo. Awful night.
