Although only timed street parking is available, there are $5 all-day parking options nearby.
The Space:
Enter the apartment into an open-plan kitchen/dining living space featuring ultra stylish polished concrete flooring and wall-mounted reverse-cycle air con. The kitchen comes equipped with a medium sized fridge, 4-burner electric cooktop and under-bench oven, microwave and a tall table with stools. There’s also a combined Haier washing machine/clothes dryer. The lounge area has a comfy L-shaped sofa, a rug for winter comfort and a wall-mounted 50” ‘smart’ TV. A flight of stairs takes you up to the loft bedroom which is carpeted and offers a queen-sized bed, its own wall-mounted TV, a ceiling fan, built-in wardrobes with lots of space and a door to a small balcony overlooking the interior hall of the building. The ensuite bathroom has a roomy shower recess and a heat lamp.
