This was our third stay at Surf Club. We were really happy with the new set of stairs that was built. We used them the whole time we were there.

There were no designated parking spots for guests, so we had to sit in the car and wait for a spot to open up. It was frustrating, especially since each room is only allowed one car, so there should have been an available spot. However, this was not the case on multiple occasions. Additionally, the floors and table in our room were sticky and covered in sand upon check in. Many surfaces in the room were covered in a thick layer of dust, such as the top on the fridge and lamps.

Oceanfront is the only pro to this place
Room itself was pretty nice although outside of the hotel looks dilapidated Bathroom was so tiny you could barely move in it but everything was clean when I arrived. No elevator, tiny stairs made it difficult to carry up luggage but there is a dumbwaiter. They do not have enough parking spaces. They gave me a pass so I could park in a metered spot on the street.

Our stay was great. Room was clean, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash supplied. Along with dish detergent in the kitchenette. Parking is free, but limited with the number of rooms. Free coffee available and in lobby, starting at 8. Every room has a view.

My husband and I selected this hotel for our honeymoon and we couldn’t have been more pleased. We had such a lovely time. We arrived closer to midnight, as we came straight from our wedding reception. We communicated this in advance and made sure to pay our final balance prior to our arrival. Check in was super easy and the night auditor was very kind. We let the hotel know prior to our arrival that we were celebrating our honeymoon and we found that the hotel decorated our room with rose petals and left us a bottle of Cava! The hotel is in perfect walking distance of many delicious restaurants. We actually never used our car during our stay. If you want to go to Rehoboth Beach, it is just a short Uber ride or trolley ride away. The beach nearest the hotel was so peaceful in the evening and honestly not as packed as you’d expect it to be during the day. I wouldn’t change a thing about our experience and we definitely will be returning guests!

I was looking for a hotel on the beach for my wife and I. Her 50th birthday. Always a little nervous booking a hotel that’s not a ‘Brand Name’ but this was a nice place. Had a little kitchenette area although we didn’t use it. The refrigerator was a nice plus. The bathroom was a little small but worked for us. Had a nice table area with large window with a view of the beach and ocean. Only thin that would have been nice would’ve been a balcony to sit on in the evening. But we had a nice time. It was clean and staff was very responsive. We asked for more bath towels and had them in minuets. The pool looked clean but we didn’t use it. They had a laundry room and a large ice machine which was nice. We would definitely go back here.
