Great place. We had a direct view of the ocean and it was wonderful! This place has all the amenities needed for a great stay in Dewey. Dumb waiter for heavy luggage was a big help. Parking isn’t great but guaranteed a spot close by. Will stay here again

Decent but overall wouldn’t recommend.
Relatively clean terrible parking situation amenities decent staff non existent. We were on 3rd floor wouldn’t stay there again great view but way to many steps no elevator, luckily for us we were able to climb steps but wouldn’t do it again.

The property was good. Some things like mirrors in the bathroom could use an upgrade. The drapes which are sheer need cleaned or replaced. The bed was great. Most comfortable hotel bed I ever slept on. One more recommendation would be to use softener on the towels. The staff was excellent. Those at the front desk were very accommodating and respectful. They all have wonderful customer relations skills. The manager is a good example for his staff. Very nice folks.

We truly enjoyed this hotel minus customer inability to understand hotel etiquette… front staff were great! Room was fantastic, clean and large and equipped with full kitchenette.. all u need to cook and enjoy local take outs. Walking distance to good restaurants, favorite being Woody’s, no big grocery store near by so stop in Rehoboth. Recommend Jolly Trolley to get around. Hotel is always full, parking not good unless you get a spot, leave your car there and walk. While pool is small, it would be nice to NOT have family reunions or humans broadcasting their music via speakers limiting availability for others to enjoy.

Nothing real fancy but pretty dated room. The pool area is nice and kept up well. It was difficult to get a hold someone at the front desk - not 24 hr service. Rooms were pretty quiet. The pullout couch was very loud and creeky.

It was nice! We had a beach front view and it was beautiful. The room was spacious and the fridge freezer came in handy along with the mini counter burner. Parking was included and came in handy. The beach wasn’t that crowded and was overall in a pretty good location. My family and I had a good time and had a lot of space! I do wish the room came with more toiletries
