Anniversary get away
Love, love, love this place. Sits on top of a hill with 360 degree views. Loved watching the storms come and go. It's better than advertised. Definitely on our list of places to return to.

Wonderful home
Our stay was short, only 2 nights, but it was fabulous. The home was equipped with everything you would need. It has a gorgeous view from all windows. It is laid out with a circular great room with a fireplace in the middle. It is decorated with a Southwest decor beautifully done. Trenton was VERY responsive, not that we really needed anything. There were 3 of us older adults and we all thought the home was wonderful. Thank you Trenton for making our stay so great. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this home to everyone.

This was a wonderful home on top of a hill. The views are fantastic! We always found ourselves hanging out in the great room enjoying all the natural light and nearly 180 degrees of mountain scenery.

Absolutely gorgeous!
I stayed here with my 9 year old, my fiancé, and my fiancées mom for a few nights and we loved this house. It has beautiful views from every single window in the house - and there are a lot! The inside has a modern touch along with some rustic decor. This is a place to relax and unwind, and there’s good food nearby too. We went to Leff-T’s for dinner, and Jen’s Cafe for breakfast. We also stayed in and cooked quite a bit in the beautiful kitchen. We woke up to 4 white tailed deer in the backyard one morning. This house is secluded enough so you don’t have to worry about any neighbors, but you can still take a quick 10 minute drive for food/shopping. We all loved our stay here, and would definitely stay again.

We loved the house. Finding the house at night is a challenge because the driveway is not marked highlighted. We were comfortable, the mattresses were comfortable, we enjoyed our stay. You can't beat the views.

This is a beautiful property with lots of open spaces both indoors and outdoors. The owner was very responsive to inquiries and clearly takes excellent care of the property. Coyote Hilltop dream ranch house
From the moment we arrived we were blown away by this rental. This ranch house was clean, beautifully upgraded and well stocked with all the things we nedded for a comfortable stay. Our family enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. We wished we could have stayed longer, but we had to get back home, for work. The owner, Trent was very thoughtful and communicated with quick responsiveness. I especially liked how clean the home was and it was a very comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again! On a side note, I also own and operate my own vacation rental and I definitely could take a few tips from this place!

Great Stay!
The location was perfect for us, and the place was great. We REALLY enjoyed the fireplace and common area. The property sits up high on a hill, with great views of the surrounding area. We had a little snow that turned to ice by the front door, but luckily they left a snow shovel out so we were able to clear it. We have other friends that visit family in the area who were excited about staying hear in the future.

This house is perfect in every way. Fantastic views from every room. House is newly remodeled with top of the line appliances. Thoughtfully appointed. Fully stocked kitchen and no details left out…including terry cloth robes and bath balms. Owner communicates throughout the entire stay and very responsive. 5++ stars. We will be back.
