The room was stuffy and a musty smell throughout the floor. No ironing or coffee making facilities.The bathroom was okay but the rest of the room was in need of a refurbishment. We doubt that we would stay there again. Very disappointing.

Hotel very clean and staff were helpfull it is right beside the pier only a 10 min drive by taxi to ocean terminal for P and O cruises. Breakfast could be better though sausages were hard and scrambled eggs did not look appetising

Very convenient, clean, and comfortable Holiday Inn. Ideal for cruises in and out of Southampton. Close to cruise terminals. Wish they had a cruise or airport shuttle but taxi is not too bad. Excellent breakfast. Very polite service.
