Good place to stay. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Bed was a bit firm but not the worst. The tiny pillow thing is real, they are the size of couch throw pillows! The breakfast was decent and what you would expect from a 2.5 star hotel. It was not the busy season during my stay, which helped keep the noise down at night. Overall, one of the better 2.5 star hotels in Dickinson that I've stayed in. I'll stay here again when visiting.

The check in staff was great. Rooms were affordable, but a bit dated. The door doesn't close unless you physically push it closed, which could be a safety concern if traveling as a single woman or with kids. Pool was dirty with many things floating in it. Bed pillows were really small, but mattress was comfy. Location was great access to the interstate, restaurants, and gas stations.

I've stayed here twice and both times have been excellent. Clean, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast well-stocked and area clean, beds comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.

The staff was super friendly, and helpful. We ended up extending our stay, and they made it super easy. The property was clean, and well maintained. I have yet to be disappointed in a American inn breakfast, and the kids loved the pool area. Would definitely stay again.

This was a last minute reservation because the room I had first at a different hotel for the same night was horrible. Front desk worker was very friendly and polite. This room was newly remodeled. When I arrived, workers were laying new carpet in the lobby area but they stopped before it got late. Early evening, the smoke detectors/alarms were set off by dust on the second floor. The front desk employee did an AMAZING job with the entire situation. It was her first fire drill and she handled it very well. The room was very clean, food area clean and well stocked. I was impressed and will stay there again without hesitation.
