I called the front desk because my TV wasn't working. They said they would send someone but no one came. I don't think they had anybody on staff to come. Not the end of the world but a call back to say we're sorry or some kind of compensation would have been nice. Place was ok otherwise.

Outside door would not open with door card so it was propped open with rock. Anyone could walk in. There was a large group of Hispanic workers staying here and they were rowdy. The dead lock on our room door would not work. The water from shower covered bathroom flower, it was wet and gross.

The hotel was simple and clean and tidy. The girl who checked us in was very personable. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because it appeared that no one was wiping down tables as people got up from breakfast.
