I had to wait over an hour to check in as there was no one at the front desk. The phone at the desk was not forwarded so would just ring and ring. There was no apology or acknowledgement of their error and was actually treated as an inconvenience for trying to check in. Then was only checked in for 1 of 2 nights so my room key card stopped working the second day. The dumpster was apparently right outside my window on the first floor and was emptied at 4am. Have stayed here in the past and actually had a good visit which is why I booked my room here again. I will not choose to stay here next time I’m out.

Advertises "Full Breakfast" - NOT
Lack of any interaction with anyone in the hotel. You had to ring a phone to let them know you were there. Someone came out and checked us in. There was a box to put your key in when you leave. Other than that, we never saw any other employees anywhere. There was NO FOOD for breakfast, and no orange juice. There were 3 other juices and coffee only. The room and bed were great and it had great jets on the hot tub.

Very little shampoo/conditioner product in shower, body cream by sink was NOT body cream. Bath towels were quite small and mini fridge was not working.

I think Expedia or google said this hotel has continental breakfast. It had no food offerings whatsoever. Just a machine to get juice or coffee. It seemed misleading because they have a whole breakfast room with tables, a small cooler and display that would usually hold continental breakfast items. If you need a cheap stay with no frills, it’s fine. But I wish I had checked out other locations instead. Unfortunately, we also couldn’t use the hot tub because another guest was in there adding soap to the public hot tub and we felt weird about it. Strange place.

One of our towels were wet upon check in. The ceiling is peeling away in bathroom, and mini fridge wouldn't close due to huge ice overgrowth on the tiny freezer. Ice bucket already had water in it.

The room was nice and it was clean. There was no staff at the desk for two days. Our air conditioner did work. We reported it early in the morning and at night it had not been fixed. They had a breakfast bar that did not provide breakfast, but only coffee and juice.

The place smelled and looked very clean. Staff was super nice and helpful. Coffee machine didn’t work. Dead flowers out front need replaced with vibrant, welcoming ones. Bed was super comfy and shower was great. Our only real complaint was that we wish the air conditioner had a”fan” option so it wouldn’t have keep going off and on all night, keeping us up, when we had a long drive that day and another long one the next.

Perfectly fine place to stay for a night's sleep on a longer drive across several states. I've been here twice. Rooms are perhaps a bit dated, but found to be clean. A number of establishments within a short walk for a late dinner, including Applebees. There is no breakfast served as has been mentioned by other reviewers, (other than coffee/ juice bar), but most importantly the pricing found online reflects that. If you want a full breakfast, pay more, or a lot more, somewhere else. I prefer to pay less. After check-out, went to a local Country Kitchen for a full breakfast and got back on the road. Other reviewers are correct in that the Front Desk at this hotel is not regularly staffed. There is some type of joint-ownership with the adjacent larger hotel, and there is clear signage on the front desk to pick up the house phone, which automatically calls the staff at the adjacent hotel, and they come over and check you in. When I stayed here in June, there was already a staff member at the Front Desk, checking in another guest, so there was no wait. Would stay here again without hesitation, the next time I make the multi-state drive.
