The room was not cleaned the night side table had a bunch of sunflower seeds spit and chewed gum. The refrigerator was running and not cold the microwave didnt work at all. There was a lot of dust on the vents. Only

I am Pretty sure only one person working doing everything from housekeeping to desk. No one at desk when we arrived and had to wait to be checked in. Room was out of shampoo, soap, lotion. Not even coffee in the morning and no one at desk as we checked out.

Severely understaffed. Have to wait for someone to answer phone from Astoria hotel and then they’ll walk over to help you. Room assigned hasn’t been cleaned yet so had to wait for attendant to come over and give us a different room. No breakfast. Nice place but they need help badly

New owner about 2 weeks before we stayed there, so everything was still in transition. Very short staffed at the front desk, you have to call on the desk phone and somebody from another property comes over to check you in. No breakfast in the morning. That was one of the main reasons I stayed there so it cost me extra because I had to buy breakfast somewhere else. I was told the reason for this is because the new owners didn't get breakfast food ordered in time and it hadn't arrived yet.

Housekeeping walked in on my adult nude son when I specifically asked for no housekeeping services for both rooms. He felt violated to be woken up to his door closing. I had to call two hotels that the staff is running yesterday to attempt to speak to a manager. Yesterday I was offered a refund and was told a male manager would be calling me back. They never did. I called this morning to accept the offer of a refund and was told maybe my son shouldn’t have slept nude in his private room that I asked for no service in. He is in college & working 2 jobs & I paid for lodging so I’m the one calling. I talked to several people yesterday who DID NOT give me their names. Today ANOTHER person who did not give me their name said that I cannot get a refund. I have been hung up on repeatedly and interrupted while speaking trying to explain to the 4th or 5th person I’ve talked to. Housekeeping barely whispered and knocked very lightly almost not heard and tried to open my door as well. I was told to speak to someone named Patel but no one gave me names. It was extremely late when we checked in, so because I don’t remember who checked us in, apparently the issue is irrelevant. The reservation can be pulled up and they can see who checked me in. I’ve been told not to call back and they don’t have time to deal with it. I have been hung up on and yelled at by an extremely rude woman for trying to resolve a problem. Don’t stay here if you want a good experience because they do not care.

My room didn't feel clean, it felt very lived in. Problems with check in, 20 minutes at front desk is too long after all day drive, not sure if that was expedia or the hotel. Staff was fine but need to have quicker solutions.

They are having issues with staffing. The last two times I have stayed at this hotel the front desk was staffed by the hotel next door that is owned by the same company. So when you check in you have to call them on the front desk phone, wait ten minutes and then they come over to this hotel and operate the front desk to check you in.

From the pictures the property and room looked great. Overall it wasn’t horrible but there was something brown in the bottom of the shower. Shouldn’t be rust as they’re on city water. My stepson opened the hideaway bed and found it stained in several places and a French fry on it. So that clearly had not been cleaned. The room had a smell to it, hard to pin point what it was but it wasn’t a good smell. Staff checking in was great. Super friendly and nice. There was a large area for dogs on the west side of the building but there was broken glass right by where you could enter the space. The card readers on the back doors and rooms didn’t work very well either. You had to swipe your card multiple times in order for them to read

They only offered coffee and orange juice for breakfast. There was no one on duty when we checked in and it seemed as though staffing for the whole hotel was sparse. The building and facilities were lovely and the room was comfortable. Our window on the first floor was toward the parked vehicles, so we kept curtains shut.

Excellent staff, clean pool and hot tub. Had fitness room. Large room with separate bedroom and living room space. Comfortable bed. Cold AC. Dated decor, musty smell. Does not have breakfast buffet as stated.
