When I first check in, I find that the air-conditioning is not working. I tell to the front desk, they change for me right away to a new room. Service was great! And the breakfast, excellent, love it.

Very comfy beds, major construction happening
Beds were so comfortable! Whole first floor is under construction, elevator doesnt work, so anyone who isnt able to do about 15 stairs, beware. Breakfast was mediocre, but it was free. Room was pretty clean, felt comfortable there. Again, beds were super comfortable. I would stay again. But its not cheap for being under such a big construction project.
