This room also houses the laundry facilities. Up to the next level and to the right is bedroom number three with a king bed. And bedroom number four is also on this level. It has a queen bed. And separating these two bedrooms is a 'Jack and Jill ' bathroom with double shower, hand basin and toilet. Up to the next level of the house is the well appointed kitchen, dining and living areas. Extremely spacious areas. Leads out to a deck to which there are views of the Dargo High Plains. There is an open fire place and a cosy reading nook overlooking the snow gums. Next up to the mezzanine floor is an area to just lounge about. Great area for children. Once again looking out to the Dargo High Plains. There is a carport and a long driveway, so plenty of onsite parking.
