Las habitaciones son demasiado calurosas, no hay aire acondicionado y los ventiladores suenan muchísimo. El servicio de bar es regular y debes ser exigente si quieres que te sirvan bien. El desayuno en las mañanas en un 10/10 el servicio atención, cortesía, variedad, calidad etc es excelente. Lamento que sus habitaciones y el aseo de la misma y baño no sean tan bueno.

In my experience, an excellent place to stay was a trip to visit my family and spend time with them. However, one of my family members was not feeling well, and the hotel staff was amazing in helping us. The service was excellent, the room was amazing, and it was very clean. Most importantly, the staff was incredibly kind and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I am grateful for the excellent service provided by the hotel.

The hotel is very nice, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and the coffee even better, everyone was super nice, it feels very safe here, I would’ve give this hotel 5 stars but I did 4 because it doesn’t have air conditioners and bogota was kind of hot few nights and I couldn’t sleep well, besides that this hotel I will recommend it.

Property is very clean and rooms were set up with all basic needs. No coffee or Iron set up in rooms which was not a big deal for me.The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The only negative about this property is there is no air conditioning in rooms.
