Offering immediate access to the Webb River with over 200-feet of frontage, you can spend your days exploring in one of the provided kayaks or relaxing at home in your very own dual-controlled jetted tub. During the winter months, this property is also connected to local ATV and snowmobile trails.

Inside this bright and sunlit, two-story retreat, you'll find an expansive great room with a vaulted ceiling and loads of windows welcoming in lush, forest views. Visiting chefs will celebrate all that's offered in the exquisite, high-end kitchen complete with stainless steel Thermador appliances, a breakfast bar, and loads of countertop prep space. Dine indoors at the adjacent table, or head out to the deck, fire up the gas grill, and indulge in an alfresco experience in the open air. Back inside, switch on the gas fireplace, settle into the large sectional, and stream your favorite channels on the smart TV in the living area.

Additional features and amenities include a private firepit out in the yard, a second-floor balcony with built-in seating off the main bedroom, a washer/dryer, and cooling central air-conditioning for warm summer days.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
