Excellent Staff, very attentive. The rooms are very spacious. Would highly recommend a Club Room. Could do with fans or air-conditioning units outside near the pool for guests to enjoy drinks and food. Good value for money.

Nice property and very helpful staff. The pool area can get very busy. Restaurants and choice of food a little disappointing compared to other 5 star hotels in the area

It was an amazing experience, all the staff were super friendly and nice. Offering advice, gidts at random and going out of their way to make you feel special. Especially everyone working at the lagoon restaurant. George security helped take beautiful videos and pictures. Cleaning staff were excellent

Service is absolutely amazing
Amazing service everyone is friendly, greetings every time the moment you stepped out from the taxi. Customer relations managers are super helpful. Bed is comfortable a little bit low but not a deal breaker. Room deco is more on a business side rather than a resort. Balcony sea view was quite lovely. Very spacious Rome with high standard of cleanliness. Pool is not very big but there is a private beach. Breakfast is great with good options and comfortable seating. Will stay again!

Amazing service everyone is friendly and helpful. bed is super comfortable. Very high standard of cleanliness. Room seems has been recently refurbished but the bathroom and toilet seems a bit dated. Very nice pool and private beach. Will stay again!

Amazing staff, seamless service, food was fantastic with the added bonus of celebration of Ramadan...Beautiful modern rooms free golf buggy to nearby lagoona mall. Fantastic private beach with cabanas and bar.

This hotel is way above 5 star. The Customer Service from beginning to end was EXCELLENT. They treated me and my wife like a King and a Queen .There was nothing that this impeccable staff was not willing to do which made our stay one of the best ever.

We had an amazing stay in the executive suite. The service has been excellent from start to finish. Every single member of staff has been always helpful, polite, attentive and friendly. A big thank you to Moshin and Anna for keeping the room spotless and to very high standards at all times. A big thank you also to Sharu that at the restaurant always served us promptly and with a smile, never forgetting our food preferences. Great service also for every single member of the reception and valet team. Soulef also made sure we were having a good stay and she was very friendly and helpful. I would come back right now.
