One of the best hotels I’ve stayed around the world. The staff, the facilities, the cleanliness, the views, the location, and the overall experience was excellent. Honestly, I couldn’t fault anything. From the moment we arrived (in the middle of the night) and the whole check in process went smoothly. The gym is really good as was the breakfast. One issue we had with a blocked sink, was rectified immediately. I highly recommend Hotel Al-Najada to anyone planning a visit to Doha.

Very convenient location. Close to metro station and close to Souq Waqif but far enough to be quiet and peaceful to allow rest at night. Staff were amazing! Lots of dining options within less than 5 min walk.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They had no problem with our late arrival, nor allowing us an extended check-out time, due to our flight. Beautiful room and accommodations. Very short walk to the Souq. Highly recommend this hotel to all travelers.

My mom and I stayed at this hotel several months ago. I wish I had written a review sooner. I want to thank specifically Khalid for how kind and attentive he was to my mom. He made sure that she was well taken care of because she was extremely ill while we were staying there. Khalid, Adel and Sharif were very kind to us as well as very helpful. Khalid gave us a good driver. We are so thankful for all that we saw in Qatar and hope we can make it back there one day. Sharif helped us weigh our luggage and we really appreciate that because I know our luggage was very heavy. This is a beautiful hotel and excellent location. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Qatar. These employees deserve a raise.

The room and view was very nice. It was clean and had a lovely balcony with a great view. The staff was on the spot with water, coffee, and tea. The check in staff were friendly and helpful. The valet seemed a bit disorganized. My husband had left his glasses in the car and had difficulty getting them. We didn't realize it until the morning, but there were no towels (except for one hand towel) upon arrival. The pool is lovely, but upon arrival at 8 am, there was bird feces all over the ground and on the lounges. Shortly later a cleaner arrived and started cleaning. Perhaps, the cleaner should arrive earlier so the patio would be ready before the guests arrive. The chair cushions could be cleaned and stored at night. The stay was great overall The bed was comfortable and the room was wonderful.

Just want to say what a amazing hotel and staff are. I have travelled all over the world but this hotel beats them all. We atayed for 9 days in Doha so much better than Dubai as no hustle just so peaceful and felt safe especially 2 females. Amy and Sanjena at breakfast so professional service 5 stars they spoke English excellent. I also want to mention our housekeeping Sayeed what a gentleman english perfect his mannerisms so lovely he just couldnt do enough for us. Lastly the reception staff especially Yassine a true gentleman made sure we were catered for always had a smile. They all are a credit to the hotel and other 4/5 star hotels could learn from. Cant wait for next year. Well done guys love from Scotland

I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately i experienced a couple major issues. We had got to the hotel to drop off our suitcases befit checkin time. They asked us to return for 1pm which we duly did. Upon arriving they said the previous guest had not checked out and they can upgrade us, which at the time we thought great except they wanted us to pay for the room upgrade. Why should a customer pay for a room upgrade when it's not their fault. The biggest issue was when it can go getting a good night sleep after a long flight. At approx 10:00 the staff started to wash the dining chairs outside with a vacuum that was loud. I called reception and asked them to stop which they said they would get done, unfortunately it never and at 11:30 as we were unable to sleep because of the noise I went to the reception to ask them to put a stop. The chap on reception said 'consider it done' but there was no change at it eventually stopped after 2:00am in the morning. The key reason to book a hotel is to get a good night sleep which was not the case here. It's a shame as the overall service and staff were very good and polite, and due to a few minor people they let the whole team down.
