The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The only improvement I can think of to the hotel offer would be an enclosed air conditioned smoking bar area where you could sit and have a drink and escape the heat! Would throughly recommend though for the level of customer service alkne

We stayed over end of May for 6 nights. It was a wonderful experience with my husband and kids. A five star beautiful resort, much hot weather and lots to do in the resort you don’t even need to go out. I would highly recommend as very family friendly, food choices was amazing the buffet restaurant especially, we also had steak out which was delicious too one evening but the farmhouse buffet always had a lot of international options you won’t be disappointed. The staff at front desk always very kind and happy to help. Thank you for an amazing stay Rixos we have definitely recommended to all family and friends and would come again soon In sha Allah.

Excellent Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Two staff in particular were exceptional. Suman in Room Service, who kept our room immaculate aways, and would clean the room around OUR timings and not when he wanted to clean it. The other person was Sawjanya, who not only looked after all our needs but also those of other people during breakfast time. She would have our tea and coffee ready and knew exactly what we wanted, after the first day. She was always so calm and pleasant to everyone in the restaurant and managed to see to everyone's needs. Brilliant experience at the hotel, from the Sauna, Gym, Spa area, restaurants, beach, swimming pools and Kids club. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Enjoyable but let down by F&B Service.

Room and facilities were excellent. Buffet service and beach/pool service let the stay down. Not enough servers for drinks or food, restaurant service poor and buffet generally the same. Overall enjoyable but expected more from a Rixos. (Mr Tailor service was excellent). Also very noisey, loud music but no guests enjoying it?

A great stay in a great place…quiet compared to other middle eastern destinations but great all the same. Special mention to the concierge Tusar who was fantastic.

The food and staff were particular highlights. The room was extremely comfortable and well appointed. I was on all inclusive for 6 nights which meant I could eat twice in Mr Taylor’s (steakhouse), the Indian restaurant and the Farmhouse (Buffet). All were exceptional, with the Steakhouse set menu a particular treat. Just about every member of staff was helpful and courteous but special mention for Hakeem (pool/beach), Mercy, Pradeep, Jaz (Farmhouse), Kawsar (Room) and Zahra (customer relations). A lot of emphasis on using QR codes which not convinced were quite as intuitive as they could be. Would be very happy to return.
