Our time here was very well accommodated from start to finish. We arrived a few hours before check in but Rim at reception saw we had a baby with us, managed to sort out the room within an hour and gave us a free upgrade too which was very much appreciated. It was good hotel, very clean and close to everything. However, the check in times are too late and our flight was early so we had to wait in the reception area for 3 hours and then had to pay for a room for the rest of the 3 remaining hours as our rooms were not ready yet.

Returning back to the Pullman for our second stay was just as amazing as the first. As returning guests we were upgraded to the executive deluxe suite. The suite was huge and the views over west bay were magnificent. We had paid for club lounge access which was great with a good selection of food and drinks. As usual the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning on visiting Doha. Thank you to all the staff at Pullman!

The customer service was mediocre at best when I arrived and the two days that I stayed. On the day of my checkout, the level managed to escalate to bad. I decided to order breakfast and the quality of food (as it was in the previous times) was extremely poor. When I called to inform them of the situation because I could not finish the dish, the employee had a bad attitude. They took the plate and told me “this is the way it is”, and neither gave me back the old plate, or replaced it with a new one. After an hour from placing a complaint and being told that the manager will give me a call, he eventually got around to doing so an hour later. He did offer to replace the dish, but there was no point because it was time for me to check out.
