Truly magnificent hotel on a grand scale. Facilities are exceptionally good. The only drawbacks are the beach and pool close surprisingly early and security is so tight it’s a little intimidating. The pool staff provide outstanding service while working outdoors in the heat and the ice filled esky containing chilled water bottles was surprising and gratefully received. The buffet was an absolute delight. This hotel is truly iconic and the highlight of my trip to Doha.

It was pure luxury to stay at the Sheraton Grand! Very gorgeous inside, Wonderful beach front, Pool with cold water, Shuttle to the shopping malls! I was very thrilled and super happy all my five days leaving at real five star hotel!!! Thank you!!!!

Sheraton Grand is amazing place
It was so amazing place to spend the Eid Holidays with family , with Executive Suite all the meals are taken care and access to the beach/pool . We loved and enjoyed every moment of stay !!!

The hotel is beautiful, clean and spacious. The bedroom was very spacious, we were given an upgrade to sea view on check in. All staff were very welcoming and attentive and went out of their way to greet us. The pool staff went out of their way every morning to greet USA’s soon as we arrived at the au beds. We stayed half board, breakfast and evening meal. There was an ample choice for both and they cater for all tastes. Soup and puddings were always very good. The only negative comment that I would make was that the evening meal was mainly lukewarm rather than hot. If there was a chef on duty serving pasta, pizza etc we tended to eat that as it was prepared on demand and was therefore hot. We are maybe being picky as we like our food hot and know it can be hard to keep buffet food warm, especially when other guests leave the lids covering the food up rather than closing them. On the whole a lovely relaxing holiday in a very peaceful and quiet hotel.

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent fitness centre with large well equipped gym, squash and three indoor tennis courts! Good quality food with multiple options. Comfortable room with sitting area, balcony and large bathroom. Enjoyable beach and pool areas. On the minus side, room not soundproof, a bit noisy air con.

The hospitality and amenities were outstanding and we can’t thank the staff enough for making our stay extremely enjoyable in particular we appreciated the upgrade to a sea view which made this stay perfect in every sense. amazing hotel. near the airport so convenient. upon early morning arrival rooms were ready no fuss. great sea view. beach was fab with clear seas and amazing beach cafe foodservice. staff at the beach amazing and helpful to make sunloungers and provide food and snacks especially by ismail and mohammad. surrounded by beautiful city lights at night. the sea was nice and the relaxing to swim in. pools sauna and jacuzzi was very good. the room was as clean ok daily basis and rasa was amazing at his job. even made us welcoming towel owl on the bed. the breakfast was very good with large selection of foods. kaka was very helpful with booking taxis. overall amazing hotel , amazing staff, amazing facilities. and best of all amazing country. thank you qatar and sheraton for a memorable holiday. 🇶🇦
