Good location between Dresden and pitna
We were told to bring towels in advance which was good. However when travelling as tourists bath towels are difficult to pack and bring on vacation. A nice touch would have been supplying towels. Thanks for the stay

Für einen Kurztripp völlig ok
Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und teilweise auch gut ausgestattet. Neue Betten im 2. Schlafzimmer wären vorteilhaft und eine Tür zum Flur. Es war ziemlich kalt in der Wohnung, durch die offene Gestaltung und höheren Decken auch schwieriger zu heizen. Das Bad ist ok, leider hat die Dusche schon etwas an Sauberkeit eingebüßt. Die Küche ist für eine FeWo völlig ausreichend, Backofen und Kühlschrank sowie eine Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Ein Flachbild TV hängt an der Wand fegenüber der Couch, die ausziehbar ist. Der Esstisch mit den Stühlen ist sehr groß und die Stühle mega bequem. Direkt hinter dem Wohnzimmer und einem Schlafzimmer (Kinder) fließt am Haus die Müglitz entlang, beim Lüften hört man das extrem und ich denke, wenn es wärmer wird und man die Fenster doch öfters auf hat, ist es eine doch eher laute Geräuschkulisse. Gewöhnungsbedürftig, wer sowas nicht kennt. Uns hat es nicht gestört, da aufgrund der Jahreszeit nur Stoßlüften angesagt war, und bei geschlossenen Fenstern hat man das doch erhebliche Rauschen nicht mehr wahrgenommen. Das Parken war etwas schwierig, Parkplätze sind zur FeWo leider keine vorhanden. Die öffentlichen Parkplätze vorm Haus an der Straße entlang waren immer besetzt. Die Lage ansich für Ausflüge nach Dresden rein oder ins Umland ist super. Die Sauberkeit könnte tatsächlich bissl optimiert werden (etwas viel Staub). Ansonsten haben wir uns für 3 Nächte wohlgefühlt, keine Frage. Saugen ging auch schnell:-)

Im großen und ganzen waren wir sehr Zentral die Lage war perfekt. Die Wohnung an sich war sehr schön einzelne punkte gaben wir dem Vermieter persönlich zu kommen lassen. Wir würden auf jedenfall nochmal hinfahren.

Insgesamt sehr gut, mit minimalem "Aber"...
Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden, deswegen auch aufgerundete 5 Sterne. Hervorzuheben aus unserer Sicht ist die sehr moderne Einrichtung, die hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und die Tatsache, dass hier auch alles ohne Auto machbar ist. Einzig und allein der Begriff "ruhige Lage" bietet sicherlich Interpretationsspielraum. Von der Müglitz, die genau an der Stelle auch "Wasserbrecher" hat und dadurch sehr rauscht mal abgesehen, liegt die Wohnung nach hinten raus auch direkt an der Durchgangsstraße Richtung Osterzgebirge, die morgens schon stark befahren ist. Für uns war das jetzt kein großes Problem, aber wer "ruhige Lage" im Sinne von "Stille" interpretiert wäre hier nicht glücklich.

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, der Check-In war kein großes Problem. Jedoch die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit der Wohnung hätte besser sein können. Der Fernseher ging nicht und der Kühlschrank war ausgeschaltet und abgetaut aber das Wasser war leider im Kühlschrank nicht weggemacht worden. Teilweise dicker Staub auf den Oberflächen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir waren zu dritt ein paar Tage in Dohna, um uns die sächsische Schweiz und anderes in der Umgebung anzusehen. Die Unterkunft sieht aus wie auf den Fotos und auch deren Inhalt, z.b Küchenutensilien waren alle vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist Modern eingerichtet und es befindet sich alles in einem modernen und einwandfreien Zustand. Wir würden die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!
