This wheelchair-accessible holiday apartment is located in the south of Sardinia and stretching across square meters can accommodate 6 people. The apartment has a living/dining area with a well-equipped kitchen, satellite TV and a sofa bed, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a baby bed and a high chair for children. Outside you will find a veranda by the entrance and there is also a laundry room which is available for your use. A communal pool is also available from June to September. Restaurants are located in the neighborhood and are all less than a 10-minute walk away. You will also find markets, fruit and vegetable shops, a fishmongers, a butcher's, bars, and golf courses in the area. The beautiful sandy beach of Su Portu is about 2 km away (3 minutes by car). Cagliari is 50 km away by car (a 50-minute drive).

Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The deposit will be managed through the portal Keesy and will be returned by bank transfer.
