the house is located in a panoramic area, is recently built, located above the village of Chia, on the hill from which you can admire the beautiful Pisan tower. It is about 1200 meters from the nearest beaches, allowing you to reach them on foot in just 10 minutes. The house is finished with great care, modernly furnished, comfortable and hospitable. having meals on the patio allows you to enjoy the splendid panorama both day and night, hard to forget.

the house and its appliances are available to guests, who also have free parking, either in front of the entrance or at the back of the house, also with direct access. The house has a private garden with a lounger for relaxation. the patio equipped with table and chairs in precious wood, overlooking the sea and the Chia Tower. The shared barbeque located in the garden completes the equipment.

The property is on two levels: on the ground floor is the living room with a light-colored equipped kitchen, anteroom and bathroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one double, with a veranda facing the sea, one twin with separate beds and bathroom.
both bedrooms are air conditioned with heat pumps. complete the garden in front of the entrance. the accommodation is suitable for couples and families (with children).
The residence is newly built, the sleeping area is air-conditioned with wall split. the external lighting is programmed by the property to make access to the house more comfortable in the evening hours. The LCD television is located in the living area and is equipped with satellite connection on the Tivùsat platform. the house is built, with thermal insulation on the roof. The rooms are well furnished and equipped with all comforts.

At check-in, guests will be greeted by the owners or their representatives who will give them all the necessary information for a pleasant stay. Near the residence you can easily reach on foot bars, pizzerias, restaurants and the country church where Sunday masses are celebrated. since the property is not present during the stay, it makes use of trusted local people, but in any event, it will be able to reach the house in a few hours if needed.
