One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Angie the manager at the front is purely one of the best humans. If I could stay there again I would im not from Nashville but when in town look for this place. Also the breakfast buffet is really good as well they have coffee all day. And even tho they don't have a bar or restraunt they do give tickets each night that you can use for two free drinks and a evening snack. Great choice also they're very fair in price! Cleanliness is on par. You don't have to worry when you stay here!

When we arrived computers were down. Had a very nice bartender who was very welcoming and helpful. Change back got stuck in vending machine front desk advised to call number on machine. Finally one of the desk clerks were able to get change out. Breakfast was free and plentiful. The shuttle is $10 or $20 per person. Uber is cheaper. I would only recommend because the hotel is quiet and close to the airport and all major attractions.

We were happy with our stay at the hotel this past November. We appreciated the included full breakfast and cocktail hour. We did find the beds too firm and the sheets thin and coarse and unfortunately there were issues with the shuttle service.

Hotel is nice, people are not.
The issues i had were not directly caused by the hotel staff. However they tolerate things way too much. When Metro PD is there until 1:30 a.m. because of people that need be removed, people smoking some stink pot, and the noise overall. Again i think they should just not tolerate certain things, especially when it keeps other guests up ALL night.

Good hotel. Quiet rooms except for those on back side nearest parkway. Comfy bed, down pillows just ok. Slightly better than average breakfast. Free drinks and light snacks at happy hour on weekdays. Bartender is cool dude. Have stayed here twice now on trips to Nashville and would stay again. Price was a good value. Good central location between Opryland and Broadway areas.

If you’re looking to get sleep RUN. No insulation to walls nor doors. You hear whole conversations in the hallway. Every door slam every time. It’s terrible. Cleaning wasn’t terrible. Had hair in shower from someone with very black hair left behind. Reached out to hotel management via email but got ZERO response. So posting experience here. Very noisy from lack of property construction.
