Our apartment is located on the first floor of a bright and welcoming house in the heart of Cala Gonone, just 50 meters from the beaches and the sea (1 MINUTE WALK). Surrounded by a large and cool fenced courtyard, equipped with a barbecue where you can also PARK YOUR CAR or MOTORCYCLE, the apartment consists of: n ° 2 bedrooms, one of which is a double and one with two single beds, n ° 1 bathroom with shower, n ° 1 kitchen-living room, n ° 1 large veranda where you can spend relaxing moments. Inside the apartment you will find: WI-FI internet connection, flat screen TV, washing machine, oven, 4 burner hob, fridge and freezer, iron with ironing board, drying rack, all the necessary accessories for cooking (e.g. pots, plates, cutlery etc.), bed linen and towels (sheets and towels).
From the apartment you will be able to easily reach all the services, a few meters from us there are supermarkets (2 minutes walk), tobacconists (3 minutes walk) bars (5 minutes walk) restaurants (3 minutes walk), pharmacy, church, as well as numerous colorful shops and stalls that you can visit during an evening stroll.
Finally, we will be able to assist you in organizing tours and excursions along the territory, both to the sea and to the mountains such as: mini cruises in the gulf, boat rental, dinners or typical lunches with the shepherd, excursions to the farm, etc).

Tolle Gastgeber
Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage. Obwohl man dicht am Geschehen ist, hat man seine Ruhe. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und sehr hilfsbereit und kümmern sich sofort, wenn man ein Anliegen hat. Wir wurden strahlend und mit guter Laune von der Gastgeberin empfangen. Sie ist einfach ein Sonnenscheinen. Leider habe ich ihren Namen vergessen. Die Küche ist mit dem notwendigen ausgestattet. Zum Einkaufen geht man 2 Minuten, wenn überhaupt. Wir haben uns bei Antonio ein Boot gemietet. Er und seine Crew haben uns alles super erklärt. Alles total unkompliziert. Wir behalten den Besuch in Cala Gonone in guter Erinnerung. Vielen Dank!

Appartement au 1er étage sur 2, spacieux disposant d'une grde terrasse etd'un parking. A 3mn à pied des plages,des restaurants et du port. Dommage que l'appartement soit vieillot et mal insonorisé. Accueil très succinct.

Es war nicht die richtige Jahreszeit
Die Gastgeberin Federica ist ausgesprochen nett, immer gut gelaunt, flexibel und zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit hilfsbereit! Das beste an der Wohnung ist die Terrasse, die Sonnen-, Wind- und Regenschutz bittet. Wir haben uns überwiegend auf der Terrasse aufgehalten da es kein Wohnzimmer vorhanden ist, was aus der Beschreibung nicht wirklich ersichtlich war. Dafür verfügen die Betten in beiden Schlafzimmer über sehr gute Matratzen. Leider hatten wir Pech mit dem Wetter, es war sehr kalt und windig. Da es in der Wohnung keine Heizung gibt, war Raumtemperatur analog Außentemperatur. Ich kann es mir gut vorstellen, dass diese Wohnung im Sommer schön kühl ist, aber wir leider zu einem falschen Zeitpunkt da waren.

Der Preis der Hochsaison wenn es wenig Alternativen gibt
- Kommunikation, Lage, CheckIn und Out absolut top - auf der gut beschattenden Terrasse lässt es sich gut aushalten - Federica (Nichte des Vermieters Antonio) ist super nett und echt bemüht, immer erreichbar und versucht ihr bestes diese Ferienwohnung zu betreuen - leider ist die Wohnung etwas lieblos eingerichtet und der technische Zustand nur mittelmäßig - alles in allem ok, aber die Kosten für eine Woche in der Hauptsaison schon ziemlich hoch für das was man letztlich bekommt.

Très bon séjour, dans cet appartement avec un grande terrasse proche de la mer et en plein centre ville. Rue perpendiculaire au front de mer, en sens unique, peu passante.. Toutes les plages de cala gonone centre accessible à pied. Federica est très disponible, sympathique et de bons conseils.. Super séjour et région magnifique.. A refaire..

Bella struttura in posizione strategica
Appartamento non recentissimo ma pulito, sufficientemente attrezzato ed in posizione strategica rispetto al mare (un minuto a piedi) ed agli altri servizi (es. supermercato). Non è necessaria l'auto per chi non ha necessità di grandi spostamenti. Nonostante la cucina e la zona pranzo non siano particolarmente ampie c'è una bella veranda che compensa, dove si può tranquillamente mangiare e rilassarsi vista la disponibilità di tavolo, sedie e divanetto il tutto condito da una bella vista anche del mare. La veranda è inoltre dotata di tende da sole che evitano il surriscaldarsi della stessa durante la mattinata unico momento in cui il sole transita da quel lato. Non c'è aria condizionata ma è disponibile un ventilatore che non è stato particolarmente utilizzato in quanto anche la notte la temperatura è stata gradevole. Per chi è abituato a cucine super attrezzate si consiglia di verificare la disponibilità di tutte le dotazioni. Connessione wi-fi efficiente e performante anche per chi necessita di utilizzare strumenti lavorativi. La proprietaria è cortese e disponibile a risolvere eventuali problemi e per rispondere alle varie domande ed esigenze.

Très bon séjour dans un appartement très bien situé à 50 m de la mer et des animations. Antonietta nous a donné de précieux conseils pour visiter la Sardaigne et était très agréable.
