Chalet totally independent, built in larch and spruce is located 300m from the beaches of Lake Chalain, in a very quiet Impasse with open views of the countryside. Ground of 1200 m ² adjoining the chalet.
Construction standards High Environmental Quality. Mountain decor, stained or painted walls and beams, wooden furniture with painted decorations. Large living room of 35 m², 2 bedrooms of 2 and 3 people, mezzanine of 27 m² with living room. Total surface of 105 m².
Terrace of 20 m² covered at 50%, balcony, garden, garden furniture, sauna, electric wall fireplace, plasma screen, DVD player. Curator. Charges not included: Electric heating.

Very nice place
Very nice location, close to a beautiful lake and there are some great walks in the area. The chalet is very well equipped, warm, comfortable, quiet and the owner is flexible and very welcoming.

Chalet Doucier
Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön, der Vermieter sehr freundlich und bemüht. Für den hohen Mietzins (CHF 2300.- für 2 Wochen) hätte die Ausstattung komfortabler sein dürfen: es hat keine Liegestühle zum liegen und lesen, sondern nur Klappstühle die sehr unbequem sind. Kleiner Fernseh mit wirklich schlechtem Bild Keine Möglichkeit um Kleider aufzuhängen, noch zu versorgen. Rostige Wäscheständer, weil sie der Witterung ausgesetzt sind. Keine grosse Pfanne um z.B. Spaghetti zu kochen. Ein Storen war defekt. Bei Ankunft war der im Sommer sehr nötige Sonnenschirm defekt, den der Vermieter jedoch auf meine Bitte sofort ersetzen liess. Insgesamt hat es uns trotzdem gefallen, auch wenn das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht ganz stimmt.

Très bonne destination pour se ressourcer
Un séjour d’une semaine juste avant noël . Nous avons pu apprécier l’accueil du loueur , ses bons conseils pour les randonnées et point photos à proximité. Nous étions venu chercher le calme , la simplicité d’une région forte d’un vrai terroir nous l’avons trouvé! En période touristique cela doit être aussi très sympathique pour d’autres raisons les activités autour du lac de Chalain semblent très variées. Bref selon la saison tout le monde peut y trouver son compte .

Das Ferienhaus ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zum wandern, Velo fahren, baden oder einfach zum auf dem Liegestuhl zu verweilen. Es ist ein gemütliches Haus. Herr Cognard ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Au calme dans une région superbe
Le chalet est très bien placé pour les excursions dans la région, les courses locales et très bien conçu pour l'accueil d'une petite famille. Espace lumineux, avec une vue reposante, balade à pied vers le lac, cuisine fonctionnelle et bien équipée, calme et silence, salon en mezzanine très agréable. Un seul regret, pas de cheminée, mais la maison est très bien chauffée par ailleurs. Nous reviendrons.

Séjour très agréable !
Nous avons passé un long week-end dans ce chalet et avons été enchanté par le chalet autant que par le Jura. L aménagement bois est parfait pour passer des soirées chaleureuses en rentrant f excursion aux cascades ou dans la nature jurassienne. Le propriétaire a été très sympa et nous a aiguillés à notre arrivée vers les lieux proches à ne pas louper. L appareil à raclette à été un plus pour organiser une vraie soirée d automne et nous avons apprécié le crèmant local offert par le propriétaire pour nous faire decouvrir. Nous reviendrons plus longtemps à une autre saison pour profiter de nouveau de la région et cette fois nous utiliserons le sauna qui nous a fort tenté !
