It was definitely not what I expected. I pulled into the property and thought I was in the wrong place. The parking lot was weedy and unkempt; the hotel itself was tucked in between car lots and tire repair businesses. It was literally my port in a storm as it was pouring rain and I needed to get in somewhere for the night, having driven through a long and treacherous detour, and being exhausted. The room had been updated and was pleasant enough, yet was absolutely spartan in furnishings and amenities. I did not take a shower because even though I ran the water in the sink for 20 minutes, the water never got warm enough for showering. The towels (only one set) were very thin and though I'm sure they were washed, they were noticeably stained. While I'm sure the proprietor is trying to do his best, the facility was not up to the standards people would expect from the Wyndham brand.

Never again...
The rooms were somewhat redone yet my tub was not clean like it should've been. The air didn't work in the first room so he moved me. Some of the areas need to cleaned from spider webs and the room has coffee without a coffee maker. Pillows were flat.

Well To begin with I asked for Handicapped room, Said they only had one and it was taken. The rug was wet. The tub was dirty. Sheets were stained . Had no blankets. The refrigerator was off and full of water. They said Ice machine was broke. The telephone didn't work.. Broken down cars in back tires off and junk laying on it. When I went to check out 8-4 person asleep in lobby wouldn't respond so I put the key in tray and left. I was very disappointed in these accommodations. Not what they showed in picture. I am ashamed to have stayed here and will not have good things to say about this Inn. Fell like I was over charged. Oh I also didn't get my receipt for payment.

Had luggage on floor and the carpets were soaked from cleaning them and it soaked into our clothing in the luggage. Terrible smell! 1/2” gap all around door . Tub was black. Cigarette burns everywhere. Area was booked or we would have left. This motel was booked and no other rooms available . Took lots of pictures and video of room. When I went to check out the manager had a fold out bed sleeping in his boxers . Insane!

Not what I expected.
While this hotel was newly renovated, it was not very well executed. The shower was not refinished and the water pressure was very high. I felt like I was being power washed. There was no way I would hVe given my son a bath in that tub. The front door stuck every time it was opened and very loud. The trash cans outside were overflowing at one point. The channels on the TV didn’t line up with what they said they were. The WiFi was ok. I’m not sure where the free breakfast was, but I never had it nor was told about it. It worked for my son and I, butt I wouldn’t stay here again.

The parking lot needs to be redone, it’s so bad, that it seems unsafe to drive or even walk on. The pictures online look good, but they’re deceiving. The carpet is filthy, the shower/tub is filthy, the toilet seat wasn’t attached, bad smell, the a/c unit smelled musty and flies and gnats come through it. Surprisingly the mattress was comfortable, but they only provided a thin sheet as a blanket.

Not Like The Pictures
The pictures online and the actual property are not the same. The facility is extremely old which isn't a problem for me but the pictures give the illusion that the property has been renovated. It hasn't. The AC condensation drained into the room. The property manager did try and fix it but the room then smelled of wet old carpet. So i had the property refund my stay and went elsewhere. The property manager was extremely nice and helpful but sometimes things just can't be fixed.

I have stayed in over 300 motels in my life time and this one was by far the worst. The first of our three night stay had us in a room that had a hole in the bathroom floor between the toilet and the shower. We got another room for the last two nights, but the bathroom was dirty, the toilet paper holder kept falling of the wall, there was black mold above the sink, and the white wash clothes were dark and dingy, like the were used as rags to work on a car engine and then washed and put in our room. The entire experience was terrible and we never had housekeeping come in and make up our beds during the day while we were out. It was a joke of a business and I would warn my worst enemy not to stay there. If I were Expedia I would end my affiliation with this poor excuse of a lodging business. If I could I would give it a -10 rating.

I arrived at this property at 2am as expected due to my flight schedule. When I arrived, the lights were off the motel office (note: this is not a nice hotel - it's a dumpy motel in a sketchy location). I picked up the outdoor phone outside the motel office and woke up the business owner. He informed me that he had given my room to someone else, and they were fully booked. Most other hotels in the area were also booked. The owner was rude and dismissive, and then lied to the travel agent saying he called me - he did not call me or anyone about this. The photos online of this place look nice. Don't be deceived. It's not nice. It's a dump. The owner/staff is unprofessional and dishonest.
