Another Perfect Getaway
Another Perfect Getaway at our favorite Delaware rental. We visit after Christmas every year and are always grateful to stay at such a lovely home in such a georgeous natural location. The host is wonderful and the check in was very easy.

The house is very nice, we liked that it had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for the 3 of us! The location is very nice, only improvement would be waterfront or a screened deck looking over marsh. Very quiet, great walks, and easy to get to. 5 STARS!

Golf Trip Stay
We used this house for our annual golf trip. The place was great with more than enough space but also was a 30 second walk to the beach when we wanted to stretch our legs. It was less than an hour to Ocean City, MD, but this location was off the beaten path which provided serene marsh views, and a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Great place for a getaway from the hustle and bustle
We enjoyed a girls weekend, including the pup in a quiet, clean, and friendly place. The accommodations were excellent and beach time was great. All of the neighbors were friendly, and Lily (the pup) made 2 and 4 legged friends. Great place for sunrise and sunset viewing. We all loved it. Thank you so much, would love to come back.

Quiet, friendly beach neighborhood
This property was exactly as advertised and very comfortable. Itā€™s a very short walk to lovely, calm beach. At its busiest, we counted a total of 10 other people, looking in both directions. Without fail, everyone we passed, on the beach or walking along the road, waved and said hi. The host was extremely pleasant and helpful. Any/all information was prompt and thorough. The house was clean and very well supplied. Would definitely recommend for a quiet beach getaway.

Perfect home to stay in! Super clean, well stocked, and excellent location for a quiet getaway. Our two dogs really enjoyed the decks and the accommodations exceeded our expectations from past experiences. Everyone was able to have their own room and bathroom which was a huge bonus, and the beach supplies were awesome. The host was very accommodating and answered my questions in a timely fashion. Absolutely would stay here again for a longer time!

Great Family Vacation
This property was in an ideal location, just a short walk to the quiet and picturesque beach and about 15-20 mins to shopping areas. The home was perfect for families with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and space to relax. It was well stocked with items to make our stay comfortable. Check in and check out was easy. We loved this home! One of the nicest Vrbo places we have ever stayed at. Clean, comfortable, organized, well appointed kitchen, nice views, comfortable beds. Check in process was easy. This was our second time staying here. We absolutely love this place. The house has everything you need. The distance to the beach is wonderful for all ages. The grand kids love the beach and bay. Peaceful and spacious
Nice place to stay. Peaceful neighborhood, spacious house. Our group of four adults and three small children had plenty of room to relax. Easy walk to the beach. House is very well stocked. Kitchen has almost all staples you may need, along with many cleaning and laundry supplies. We appreciated the available beach chairs and outdoor shower. Our kids enjoyed the provided beach toys. Location is a bit of a drive to grocery stores, so be sure to plan accordingly. We enjoyed being away from the crowds though, and the scenic refuge views nearby sure beats the city. Two nice decks where you can watch the beautiful sunsets. The beach was good for our young children as the waves on the bay are much smaller. While certainly not a reflection of this house, be aware there are LOTS of horseshoe crabs, many of which are dead and attract painful biting flies. Take fly repellant, which helps but didn't completely spare us. Some days, time on the beach was nearly intolerable due to the persistent attacks. Despite the nice house, this experience would give us pause on returning to this location. We did utilize the provided shovel and landscape rake to clear some of the debris. The designated access area to the beach is also fairly small. It is challenging to contain many people within the specified boundry while avoiding setup in front of other private homes as requested. Kimberly was very responsive to any correspondence and the home was as described. We had a good time in Prime Hook!

Perfect for a group!
The house was a great beach location, with beach access directly across the street. The two levels of the house made it easy to have space to yourself but the common deck and living/dining/kitchen space was perfect to hang out in. The top deck was my favorite spot in the house with a nice water view! I hope to return again!

We love Prime Hook Beach in the winter--it is peaceful, quiet and serene, with water views and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets visible right from your windows or just across the road. This was our first time checking out Prime Hook Beach and it is truly a hidden gem! This house is fully stocked, convenient to the beach, clean, comfortable and even has a view! We are already planning our next trip!
