Perfect location - super comfortable bed - The hotel has lost some of its previous grandeur but the bones are super solid. The staff was amazing and responsive. Overall a great experience. Will definitely stay there again. And they had an electric car chargers in the garage.

I went for a relaxing, kid-free, vacation, only to be put right by the swimming pool to hear kids yelling and screaming and jumping in the pool all day....and then there was actually a DOG in the room below me and the owners left it in the room and I had to listen to it barking two nights straight. I didn't want to be a complainer but I won't stay there again. It was weird.

We payed for a mountain view room. We arrived well passed the check in time and our room was not ready. They lady at the front desk could not give an estimated time for when the room would be ready. She was not the most pleasent person and said it could be one, two, or three hours. Very frustrating when it should have been ready. We ended up taking a city view room because of how long the cleaning time was going to be.

I was placed in a room type that I specifically asked NOT TO be placed in. Then that room had no air conditioning and no attempt was made to fix anything. I’ve stayed at the property several times. This will likely be the last.

Another Stay at the Antlers
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The bar staff were fun and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were comfortable. Having a Starbucks attached and several restaurant options is nice, but the downtown area is very walkable if you want to venture off property. The rooms could used a deep cleaning more often. I found dust rings around the bed frames and behind the headboards. The bathrooms could also use come TLC. Updated fixtures and some extra towel racks would go a long way. Also some added ventilation to the bathrooms would be awesome, but that may be asking too much for an older hotel.
