There were no trash bags in any of the trash cans and in one of them there was some sort of nasty liquid or throw up at the bottem. We had no towels in our bathroom and the shower head was broken. Not sure how well the room was cleaned there were just little things you could see had not been cleaned very well.

The room was tiny. Web site said microwave and refrigerator in room, there was none. You could not control the air in the room. I asked for a fan 4 times they never brought one. Bathroom was so small the toilet flush handle was above counter in the wall snd toilet was at an angle so you could sit. Half the breakfast items were missing and pancake machine was broken. Last but not least the front desk clerk told me that I should check out and goto a different hotel, because I was complaining about the lack or air control.

This hotel doesn’t obtain central air & heat…the room was miserable. I would have been happier on the sidewalk. The room was tiny, hot water takes about 6 mins and barely any pressure. I’ve stayed in motels nicer than this, owner needs to put money into this hotel for the price. The staff is incredibly nice though, best thing about the hotel.

The a/c was not working, the maintenance man came and brought a fan but said my A/c was working…absolutely ridiculous because it was definitely not working. I even took a piece of tinsel and placed it on the air vent and it didn’t even move. I recorded the video and showed the front desk and she just said it’s an old building and it’s been very hot outside. Again absolutely ridiculous, it was at least 80 degrees in my room.

This hotel provided me with what is probably one of the worst lodging experiences I’ve had. This hotel has, in the words of the front desk agent, an outdated centralized AC control system what sets the temperature for each individual room. My first room felt like it was in the 80s, with no air flow from the unit. I went down to the front desk and was put up in another room in a higher floor. The AC was a little better but I still ended up with frizzy, sweaty hair for an all day meeting the next day. The floor of the bathroom was slimy as if cleaned with something that left a waxy residue, and the tub was clogged. All this at $209 a night. Hot rooms and dirty bathrooms are the norm at IHG hotels at $209 a night? This is pretty outrageous. Happy to provide pictures and video.

Do NOT stay here, but if you do, make sure to check your credit card statement afterwards. I have endured many terrible hotels without complaint, but this is supposed to be a $200 hotel and they have NO air conditioning in their rooms. My room was so hot I could not sleep at all. The hotel did not honor the quoted Expedia rate and overbilled my credit card. Upon check out the clerk claimed to have fixed the “error” but my bank says they did not. Staying here absolutely ruined my trip to Denver and business meeting the next day. Rooms are tiny, with cheap, broken bathroom fixtures. 3 out of 4 available power outlets in my room provided no electricity at all. I have had better experiences at $50 fleabags motels. Heck, I would have had a better experience sleeping in my car at a Love’s truck stop and using their (much nicer!) shower facilities the next morning. Don’t stay here.

Hotel was ok, in a good spot but the room that was very small, was hot when we got in there. The thermostat that is in the room was just there but was not able to change the temperature after calling the front desk the 2nd time told me they are a central air system in the hotel so non changing the temp but it showed it was 79 degrees in there and it was not getting cool at all, not once it was miserable for me and my dogs - we could not sleep. After telling this to the front desk in the morning is when I was told they had a blower out. It did not explain why I was told the air would come on eventually....That is no response to give a guest.

It was a cute property, a little smaller than other rooms. The staff was super friendly and the location is perfect if you don’t have a car. I wouldn’t stay here if you bring a car cause parking is an insane price, but I guess that’s city life. Other than that, cute gym and good free breakfast

While newly updated there were many small issues that made the stay less comfortable that it should have been. There were issues with in-room coffee service, TV remote, room phone, linens for sofa-bed, shower doors, toilet lids and more.
