Terrific view from 19th floor. Liked that concierge room with snacks and drinks plus continental breakfast was included in the rate. Shower was really nice and also liked the shampoo and conditioner. Coffee pot and water with fridge in the room. Bed and pillows also decent. Negatives were minor. Furniture a bit battered and makeup mirror had rust.

We booked this hotel because it had a pool it was out of service but there was nothing on there website saying it was closed. The staff were not overly helpful or friendly.
