The toilet didn’t flush properly but was very quickly resolved. The shuttles only dropped you off at one destination. The streets had all kinds of construction, so we had to walk several blocks to get to where we wanted to go. We all are in our 70’s, so it made it difficult for us.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Newly renovated. Staff was friendly and the shuttle service downtown was very handy even though it ended at 8pm to go to downtown area. The only downfall is that we were advised not to walk to downtown at night as the area is not very safe.

Concert at the stadium
The hotel was clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. Close enough to the Nissan stadium to walk there and back. The shuttle took us close to broadway, which was a big help. Only issue was there were ants in the room when we returned that night and ruined a cake we had.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are up to date. The beds were very comfortable. We loved that we could walk to the Nissan Stadium ( 15-20 mins) and to Broadway (25-30 mins). Also liked that the hotel had a shuttle bus to downtown, if you didn’t want to walk. We enjoyed breakfast every morning for a reasonable price. There was always lots of food to choose. We would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again if we return to Nashville.

Not happy that didn't have any hot water in the bathroom sink especially for price paid; water temp okay in shower. Especially want to get many compliments to Resa, the shuttle driver, he was beyond professional and amazing.
