I liked everything beside from the fact that I had to pay an additional fee for breakfast. Also even after paying I was confined to eating breakfast in the dining area. My fiance was not feeling well and I was told I could not take any breakfast to our room for her even after paying. I was very upset and disappointed at this because I always stay at your hotels and this is the first time I had a problem like this. This needs to be addressed. But other than that the stay was good.

The property was extremely easy to find, recently renovated and clean. The parking was free but breakfast is no longer included in the room rate. We were compd the first breakfast. The housekeeping staff required repeated requests for service but was gracious when engaged. Initially the tv and phone were not working but were fixed the second day of our stay. We likely will stay at this property again as we prefer to be away from the downtown area and this property currently provides a shuttle to the 4th and Church street area of Nashville

My overall stay was really good. I arrived earlier than check in time and was accommodated with an early check in. I appreciated that the hotel provided shuttle service to Broadway. The only complaints I have is that the TV would not connect to the internet for Netflix or other streaming channels and did not have a good channel selection. And the hot water did not work in the bathroom faucet but overall I would stay here again.
