Do not stay here until 2026 or remodeled.
Not good. Place is dirty and damaged everywhere. Not at all worth the price and may be the worst place on Broadway. Takes 4 minutes to get warm water, rooms are worse than a roadside motel, my back will never be the same, and the air conditioner is loud. Plus there is very loud construction next door that starts at 6am. I recorded 78 decibels on my phone decibel meter. That's as loud as a blender. Do not stay here until you read the construction is done or it has been improved.

Though expensive in my opinion, the valet service was fast and efficient and friendly. Check-in was also fast and friendly. Happy hour was ok (no booze, but live music and free munchies). Breakfast with one of the best complimentary hotel breakfasts I've had. Selections were exceptional, it was clean and the dining area was plenty big. The room was average. No complaints though it was freezing cold when we went in.

Hotel has three elevators and only one ever seemed to be working. Also, outdoor pool was closed for the season. Not sure what season as it was sunny and 87 degrees all week!
