There was no microwave which we get at any hotel. Higher parking charges. you should provide the parking at free of cost for your customers.

Hotel is well placed for all entertainment of Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame etc. Staff were very pleasant and helpful although we were overlooked with housekeeping one day. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. Our room was large, quiet, clean and very comfortable.
