Our room was VERY clean! A quite big fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker (with a choice of coffees!) were nice to have. TV worked perfectly, free wifi too. Breakfast was totally ok with coffee, 3 kinds of juice, eggs, potatoes, pancakes etc. We would have loved though to have some ham/sausage and cheese - but well, that is no deal breaker at all. The property is close to downtown Nashville, easy and quickly to reach with an Uber (which I would absolutely recommend; parking is trouble and really expensive downtown), and there is also a bus station one could use. It's easy to find, close to the highway. We felt safe, my truck was safe for a fee of $ 10.00/night. The bed was comfortable, ac worked perfectly. If I should visit Nashville again, I'd for sure stay here again! :-)

The guy at the front desk was nice upon check-in. While in my room, I found 3 live roaches. The sheets appeared unclean. There was writing on the wall. The top latch on the door was broken.

The staff was nice though the area is sketchy as ever. My room door did not close and lock properly, it had to have an unnecessary amount of pressure applied before we got it. The heat did not work and it was around 25 degrees outside that night, which made the room very cold. The walls are so thin you could hear the person next door watching porn on repeat from 11pm-6am. Since it was past my check in time I couldn’t cancel and get my money to book another place, which sucked. One final thing was that it felt like I’d get my car broken into or stabbed just leaving the room. It just felt way too unsafe. But the workers were really nice.

The property was clean and the rooms were clean even though older was goid fir a one night stay. The one thing was it was very gard to access our room as the main building with the front desk was seperate from where the room are. You had too around main building to a steep set of stairs with all our baggage then find the elevator as signs are not very well stated.
