I had a very nice stay. My room , which was a balcony room, was very private spacious and comfortable. The staff was very informative and friendly. Super fast and easy check in. Phenomenal price.deal. I Can’t waite to stay there, again.

My family and I felt very comfortable and safe, very friendly staff, room was very nice we enjoyed the fact that it had a balcony. Valet parking was one of the option which we chose due to arriving late. We will stay @ the paramount hotel again.

This was a glamorous feeling hotel. Something in a luxury downtown feel. Lots of marble and brass. Our room was clean comfortable and tastefully decorated with a touch Of elegant flair. Downtown Portland, sadly is not the place to Walk After dark and saddened me that the homeless druggies are stealing the charm From great Hotels such as the Paramount. I felt very safe and comfy inside.

Love the Paramount Hotel
The hotel is amazing, right in the heart of downtown Portland. The front desk personnel were extremely accommodating. Our new place to stay on our trips to PDX.

The hotel itself is excellent with great staff and in good condition. I was surprised to see so many homeless people in this downtown neighbourhood. The air conditioning in the hotel suite is very noisy.

Great central location for city center, however the room fell short of expectations. The bed/bedding were comfortable and clean. However the bathroom seemed like it had gotten skipped over all together. There were hairs all over the shower, and tub. The sink had not be cleaned, nor the mirror. Previous hotel guests items were left in the mini fridge. The appearance of the hotel and lobby give a complete different vibe than the actual room did. Front desk staff as well as valet were very friendly. The service in the lounge was less than impressive, the server was short and rude.
