It was very expensive for the quality. We’ve stayed on the Riverwalk at other hotels with better views. There is only one place to eat. It’s expensive and there are limited offerings. We could not adjust the thermostat so we literally froze and had to ask for extra blankets. Housekeeping was very very nice. The check-in procedure was messed up since there were policies and procedures were not the same as what was written on hotel.com so we ended up having an issue with checking in.

It was a wonderful location just out of the busy section of the Riverwalk, close but quieter and with Christmas the walk was magical!

We go there every year. Love staying on the riverwalk. My only complaint, they have eliminated the hide-a-bed sofa. That were the boy sleeps. They do have a regular couch and the boy made do with that. One other thing. There is no parking garage at the hotel. You can use their valet service or can park in the garage across the street. However, on the weekends it often gets completely full, late in the evenings.

Best San Antonio Stay
The Hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants, riverwalk and other attractions. Nice Bar & Restaurant on premises with good food and drinks. Highly recommend!
