The staff was great valet parking was very convenient. Our room was spaacious and beautiful we even got a complimentary upgrade. We did not take advantage of the pool area it wasnt as spacious as we liked and also its not non-smoking. There was plenty of shaded area to sit but that is the whole reason why we booked the hotel. Other than that we enjoyed our stay we will book again.

This hotel was absolutely amazing;; the room was extremely clean and well maintained, and the staff was very helpful when needed. From the layout to the maintenance it was a very nice place to spend quality time and enjoy the riverwalk literally steps from the hotel. The only issue I had was the mariachi band that played on the weekend was extremely loud and I could hear them even on the 12th floor. It was simply a few hours but still not as a bit of an inconvenience.

Found daily cockroaches in our room. Towels were old and mix match Lady in the front desk no so nice Every time we went to the front desk it was empty. No one came out The ladies in the front desk very rude in the telephone each time we call Called many times and no one answered the phone in the front desk Called to tell the vallet to bring our car. Each time they didn’t tell the vallet Only vallet parking Vallet guys very friendly But it took 20min to the cars to arrive

It was exactly what I expected. Rooms were spacious and clean. Only issue was the safe in the room was malfunctioning but they resolved it quickly. Pool was nice. Will stay again.

Rooftop pool was fantastic, ambler restaurant was great both breakfast and dinner. Right in the river walk was terrific. Close to Alamo and shopping mall

Just a sweet stay, Chris at the front desk was amazing. Room was clean and comfortable. Guest services was responsive. Pool and hot tub were an added bonus at the end of a long day. Great stay even with children. In walking distance to Dave and Busters as well as Lego land. I’d highly recommend.

The Hotel Contessa and staff exceeded my expectations. We received texts asking if we were enjoying our stay and asking if there was anything the staff could do for us. This was a first for me. The food was excellent, the bartenders and servers were very friendly. The Riverwalk, Alamodome and La Villita were withing walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
